Shipping Methods
Orders placed through the e-shop are shipped to the address
you provide. For express deliveries and subject to product availability, please

Greece
Shipments are carried out via cooperating courier companies
(ACS, Box Now, General Post) within 5 working days. The usual delivery time is
indicative and may vary depending on the geographical location of the delivery
point, the service of the relevant distribution networks, and current
conditions.
For parcels up to 2 kg, shipping costs are €1.50 for Box Now
and €3.00 for the other courier companies. For each additional kilogram, there
is an extra charge of €1.00 per kg.
For cash on delivery payments, there is an additional charge
of €2.
Cyprus and International Orders
Shipments are carried out via ACS Courier within 7–12
working days.
In general, shipping costs depend on the volume and weight
of the items you order. For orders up to 2 kg, charges are calculated according
to the table below. For orders over 2 kg, the price is displayed in your cart
after adding the products. For orders over 10 kg, we will contact you directly.
Customers outside the European Union may be subject to additional
charges arising from customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions,
and other local requirements, for which our company bears no responsibility.
ORDER METHODS
From our online store
Ordering from www.valeri.gr
is available 24/7. Orders that have been paid, bank-transferred, or selected as
cash on delivery, placed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00, are shipped the
next day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are shipped on the next
working day.
After placing your order, you will receive an automated
email confirming receipt of your order. After verification and processing, you
will receive a second confirmation email.
Our company reserves the right to ship orders using a different courier company than the one selected, if deemed necessary.
