RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the right to return your entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store, www.valeri.gr.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, all of the following must apply:
• The product must be in its original condition.
• It must not have been worn or used beyond the trial process.
• There must be no stains, signs of use, damage, odors, perfume, deodorant, or makeup traces.
• Tags, labels, protective covers, or special markings must not have been removed.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.
• The return package must include the completed return form and the corresponding retail receipt.
Clothing and footwear from which the tag has been removed or which have been used beyond the trial process will not be accepted for return.
Exceptions and Special Return/Exchange Terms
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted on products such as underwear, swimwear, and jewelry.
Exchanges are not available for belts, as trying them on or using them may cause marks, creases, wear on the holes, or alteration of the material.
Discounted Products, Bazaar & Final Sale
Products sold with a discount equal to or greater than 40%, as well as products belonging to a special offer, Bazaar, or Final Sale, are excluded from the refund policy.
In these cases, no refunds are issued.
This term constitutes an explicit agreement between both parties within the framework of freedom of contract and is accepted by the customer prior to completing the order. By submitting the order, the customer accepts that no refunds are provided for these specific products. The customer has the option either not to proceed with the purchase of these products or, in case an exchange is desired, to choose a replacement with another discounted product, subject to availability and provided the return conditions are met.
In any case, for any exchange or replacement to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, free of marks, stains, odors, or damage, and returned with all its tags, labels, and packaging.

Returns must only be made following communication with our store.
The return package must include:
• The product or products being returned.
• The completed return form.
• The retail receipt.
Returns sent without prior communication or without the necessary documents may not be accepted.
Product Exchanges
Products can be exchanged:
• For the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• For any other product from any of our collections, of equal or greater value.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and then contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product.
No products are reserved or held before the return is received and inspected.
If the new product you wish to receive is of a higher value than the returned product, the customer is responsible for the price difference.
Additionally, the customer bears the return shipping costs of the original product to our company, as stated in this policy.
The free shipping for orders over 100€ applies exclusively to the shipment of products from VALERI CLOTHES O.E. to the customer and does not cover the return shipping cost from the customer to VALERI CLOTHES O.E.
For the shipment of the new product to the customer, the following applies:
• If the value of the new product(s) is 100€ or more, the shipment of the new package is free of charge.
• If the value of the new product(s) is under 100€, the customer bears the standard shipping costs.
If you desire a product of lesser value, a direct exchange with a refund of the difference cannot be processed. In this case, a return of the original order is completed (provided the return conditions are met), and you can place a new order for the desired product.
10% Sign-up Discount
The 10% sign-up discount applies only to the initial order in which it was used and cannot be reused on a subsequent order. In the event of an exchange of a product purchased with the 10% sign-up discount, the discount is neither transferred nor reapplied to the new product.
In the event of a refund for an order where the sign-up discount was used, the actual amount paid by the customer is refunded, minus the applicable return costs, where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, the product is carefully inspected by our company.
Provided all return conditions are met, we will proceed with a refund within 14 calendar days from the date we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds are made, where possible, using the same payment method used for the original order:
• For payments made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.
• For payments made via electronic payment methods, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar platforms, the refund will be issued through the same platform.
• For payments made via cash on delivery (COD) or bank deposit, the refund will be made via bank transfer to a bank account.
For refunds via bank transfer, the following required details must be correctly filled out on the return form:
• IBAN
• Bank name
• Account holder name
In the case of a bank transfer to a bank other than our company's partner banks, any transfer fees are borne by the customer.
The applicable return costs, as mentioned in the "Return Costs & Shipping Method" section, will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is made at our company's expense.
The refund is completed only if the product is returned in its original condition, without damage, signs of use, odors, or removed tags, and is approved by our company following the relevant inspection.
Return Costs & Shipping Method
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To ensure the security and timely delivery of returns, we accept returns via ACS Courier or Geniki Taxydromiki. Returns must be sent to the address indicated by our company and not to a PO box, locker, or pick-up point.
• Greece: The return cost via ACS Courier is 7.60€ and, if charged to our account, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
• Cyprus: The return cost from Cyprus via ACS Courier is 17.80€ and, if charged to our account, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose a different courier company, the shipment is made at your own risk and expense. VALERI CLOTHES O.E. is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by a courier company not recommended by us.
The cash on delivery (COD) fee is exclusively a payment method fee and is in addition to shipping costs, return costs, or any product price differences.
Additional VALERI.GR Terms
It is not possible to issue a refund to the same customer more than 2 times within a single calendar year.
In the event of repeated returns or abusive use of the return/exchange process by the same customer, VALERI CLOTHES O.E. reserves the right to restrict future commercial privileges, such as product exchanges, product reservations, or special services, always in accordance with applicable laws.
Unacceptable Returns
If during the inspection it is found that the return conditions are not met, VALERI CLOTHES O.E. reserves the right to reject the return.
In this case, the product will be returned to the sender, and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
If you discover an error in your order or change your mind after placing it, you can request a cancellation only if the order has not yet been handed over to the partner courier company for dispatch.
